As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel empowered, respected, and supported as you navigate this transformative experience.

Birth Doula Package - $1200

My Birth Support Package Includes:

We will meet together for prenatal appointments to discuss your goals, preferences, and any questions you may have, and create a custom birth plan that helps you feel empowered. I provide evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions for your birth you can feel confident in.

I will support you emotionally throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. During labor I will provide physical comfort measures such as massage, counter-pressure, positioning suggestions, and breathing techniques. I assist in communication between you and your medical care team as needed, and remain with you continuously during active labor, offering support however you desire. I stay with you for a short period after birth to ensure you are settled and supported. I provide one postpartum visit to process your birth experience, answer questions, and to help ensure you and baby are well adjusted.
