Prenatal Care

My prenatal only care is intended for mothers who desire a little extra birth preparation and evidence-based education prior to their birth.

Prenatal Package - $300

I will meet with for two prenatal meetings to discuss your goals, preferences, and any questions you may have, and provide evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions. I will teach you and your partner comfort measures such as massage, counter-pressure, positioning suggestions, and breathing techniques. I will also provide one postpartum planning meeting to help you feel prepared for your postpartum period.

Add-On Services

  • Bengkung Belly Binding (Includes wrap and warming oil): $150
  • Faja Belly Binding (Includes Wrap): $40
  • Additional Prenatal Visits: $40 Per Hour
  • Additional Postpartum Visits: $40 Per Hour (4 Hour Minimum)
